Sebastian Restrepo Director of Development & Construction
Sebastian brings over 15 years of development and construction experience, specializing in industrial projects across the Southeast and beyond. He has managed projects from preconstruction through closeout, delivering consistently on time and within budget. To date, Sebastian has overseen more than $150 million in contract value and 2.8 million square feet of industrial space, including manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, and large-scale expansions.
Before joining Platform, Sebastian served as a Senior Project Manager at JLL, leading complex industrial projects as an Owner Representative. He began his career as a tilt-up contractor and has since worked with several construction and real estate firms developing deep expertise in industrial project delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University, is bilingual in Spanish and English, a licensed drone pilot, OSHA-10 certified, and a graduate of the ABC Future Leaders Program.
