Over the past eight years, he has led the end-to-end delivery of 30+ Class A industrial projects totaling more than 16 million square feet and $1.5 billion in managed budgets—including 3.5 million square feet of build-to-suit projects. His project execution experience spans multiple regions and MSAs, including Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, Phoenix, Denver, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Raleigh–Durham. Before joining PREG, Madison helped scale Lovett Industrial’s platform, opening the firm’s Atlanta office where he led all aspects of the pursuit and execution of acquisition and development projects. Throughout his time at Lovett Industrial his responsibilities ranged from early market reconnaissance and underwriting to project design, capital formation, execution, and ultimately disposition management. Earlier in his career, he served at Johnson Development Associates, where he oversaw project execution in Houston and underwrote new development pursuits across the Southeast.
